Ivan Gazidis is currently the chief executive of English Premier League club Arsenal Football Club,Despite the crisis of Arsenal he insists that Gunners are stronger,The Mail said that  he emailed players and staff last week to claim the transfer window was a good one for the Gunners and their “improved squad” can now challenge for the Premier League title.Astonishingly, he also claimed keeping hold of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil was “a clear statement of our ambition”.

That’s despite Arsenal accepting a £60m bid from Manchester City and only pulling the plug at the last minute when £92m replacement Thomas Lemar snubbed a deadline d

After saying he wanted “to give some perspective on the transfer window amid all the hysteria” he said: “At the end of the window, reviewing all activity, we have once again improved the quality and depth of our squad.”

Gazidis sent the round-robin email at 10.18am on Friday claiming the negative reaction to the club’s efforts in the transfer window had been influenced by their “unacceptable” performance at Anfield.Saying there had been a “lot of noise around the transfer window” he said: “Everything is coloured by results…a positive performance at Liverpool would have coloured this transfer window very differently”

.Arsenal have had a poor start this season and hit rock bottom with a 4-0 defeat at Liverpool eight days ago piling the pressure on Arsene Wenger. But despite all the turmoil and the £35m sale of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to Liverpool, Gazidis claims the club is in great shape.

“We have had a poor start to the season but have the quality to turn it around and turn around performances and compete for the title. It is time to get back to what it is all about, the football.“The manager and players know that the performance at Anfield was not good enough and they will be focused to put that right after the international break.” Grazidis Said
