Manchester City don’t seem to be done in the summer transfer market this summer as they still hope to solve a few puzzles before the window closes.
Having secured a solid business relationship with Arsenal, Man City might have another contact with them in the transfer market this summer .
Arsenal have recently targeted Oleksandr Zinchenko after losing the race for Lisandro Martinez to Manchester United.
Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, stated in a recent report that there are no changes in Manchester City’s pursuit for Marc Cucurella. However, the situation looks similar to what was reported for Nathan Ake’s probable move to Chelsea in the past days.
The Cityzens will turn up the heat to finalise a deal with Cucurella if Zinchenko joins Arsenal. They are open to let the versatile Ukrainian midfielder leave the club this summer for a fee around £35m. It is now up to the North London club to agree personal terms with the player and meet City’s demands regarding the transfer fee.
Zinchenko may be set to reunite with former teammate, Gabriel Jesus, in London as well as Guardiola’s student, Mikel Arteta.
