Manchester City are expected to make a final attempt to strike a deal with Brighton for Marc Cucurella in the next few days, according to The Telegraph.
Brighton and Hove Albion values the left-back around £50m, while Manchester City are prepared to pay £40m, with the clubs still around £10M apart in their valuations.
Following Oleksandr Zinchenko’s departure to Arsenal, Manchester City are in hunt for a new left-back but are still struggling to find agreement with Birghton and Hove Albion.
However, the Cityzens are believed to already have agreement in place with Marc Cucurella, they could change their plans if Birghton and Hove Albion doesn’t change their demands for the Spaniard.
The 23-year-old is keen on a move to Etihad Stadium this summer after having a superb season with Brighton and Hove Albion, having played 39 games in all competion.
Should Manchester City abandon their plans to sign Marc Cucurella, they could try to sign Stuttgart left-back Borna Sosa.
