Manchester City are on the verge on offloading yet another attacking option. This time, it’s Marlos Moreno.
Marlos Moreno joined Manchester City from native club, Atlético Nacional in 2016. It’s over six years down the line and the Colombian is yet to make his first appearance for the English club.
The Colombian has endured a six year spell touring round several clubs in Europe: the likes of Girona, Flamengo, Santos Laguna, Portimonense and KV Kortrijk. With his loan spell at Kortrijk just ended, the forward is set to embark on another but the destination is still undecided.
Manchester City are of the opinion that the 25 year old moves across to French side Troyes, but Moreno is bent of spending the season at England. A host of Championship teams such as Sunderland and Middlesbrough, are keen on adding the Colombian to their side but Manchester City have not been persuaded enough to open their fists just yet.
Amidst strong links with Turkish side, Moreno still insists that England is his top priority for the 2022/2023 season.
