The transfer of Jude Bellingham away from Borussia Dortmund has been a rather interesting topic in recent times. The 19 year old midfielder has drawn interest from a number of top clubs in Europe and created an exciting saga in the news headlines.
Bellingham’s personality has proven to be what every coach wants in his team. Most recently, England national team head coach, Gareth Southgate, has included the midfielder in his world Cup squad.
Despite the increasing tension that comes with the transfer saga for Bellingham, Borrussia Dortmund are confident that they can retain the player beyond the summer of 2023.
This scenario would be a blow to especially Manchester City and Real Madrid as they both look to secure long term replacements for Ilkay Gundogan and Luka Modric respectively.
However, if the German club are open to listen to offers for Bellingham, both teams would face a very stuff competition from a handful of other big teams across Europe.
Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are also greatly interested in signing the midfielder.
Despite various reports from different sources close to these clubs, nothing is advanced with any team so far and the race for Jude Bellingham is still open.
