The transfermarkt this season has been insane, all clubs are ready to spends tons of money after the covid-19 pandemic. You can talk about a “domino effect”, because when a club buys a player there is a missing spot in the team, and that’s why most clubs buy players.
Real Madrid last season was nearly perfect after the secured the 35th La Liga title and the 14th Champions League. After a season like that you may think that they doesn’t need to buy that much.
Los Blancos has already bought two players, Tchouameni from Monaco and Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger, but I think it’s still a must to buy something, because of the fact that they are going to compete in six different tournaments, then you must have a good width in the squad.
Does Los Blancos need more signings?
However, there’s a fine width in the defence after Antonio Rudiger arrival and in midfield even though the best trio to use remains questionable, in the attack you could say that they need a signing.
The left wing is secured by Vinicius Jr, who was one of the best players in Europe last season and Eden Hazard who hopes to be at his best this season after being hit by injuries since his arrival at Santiago Bernabeu.
In the striker phase, Real Madrid got the best player in the world Karim Benzema, however, but it is questionable if he can stay fit for the whole season.
Real Madrid have also got Mariano Diaz and Borja Marojal, but the club is currently looking for a way out for one of them.
For the right wing, there’s a battle between Rodrygo Goes and Marco Asensio, who’s rumoured to be out of Real Madrid’s plans and is looking to sell him this summer, even though it is believed that he’s not keen to leaving.
Even though Carlo Ancelotti has said that the squad doesn’t need any more signings, an attacker if you ask me won’t hurt. It also depends on how many players there are going to leave.
