Man City 6-3 Man Utd: Match review and player ratings

By Daniel AkpaOctober 2, 2022No Comments

A perfect derby day for the Cityzens. Manchester City ran riots and completely destroyed Erik Ten Hag’s United team.

Hat-tricks for both Erling Haaland and Phil Foden completely saw off the game and handed City the win.

Goals from Antony (1) and Martial (2)  clinched a bit of a consolation for the Red Devils, but not enough to silence the “noisy neighbours”.

Haaland deservedly won the Man of the Match award, having being involved in five of the six goals scored. De Bruyne also continued his creative streak with two assists in the game.

Here’s how the players of both teams fared in the match:

    Substitutes: Gomez – (7) – Alvarez (6.5) – Palmer (6.5) – Mahrez (6.5) – Laporte (6)

    MAN UTD
